Can a builder pay to appear first?
No. Organic records use the published methodology. A paid showcase is visually separate and labeled “Sponsored.”
Do you send us buyer leads?
No. Buyers click directly to your site. We do not store their names, phone numbers, addresses, or appointments during validation.
Are analytics individual-level?
No. The dashboard is aggregate. Price-band and feature segments with fewer than five events are suppressed.
Can submitted information publish immediately?
Only when the field and official source match confidently. Ambiguous updates remain pending instead of changing a live fact.
